Nike – The World’s Leading Sport and Fitness Company is currently seeking high caliber candidate for the following position:
Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer (MME)
The primary roles for this position are:
  • Define specifications and tolerances for key conventional manufacturing equipment used to make Nike Footwear
  • Work with Innovation to define manufacturing equipment specification for new footwear manufacturing technologies as they are defined and implemented
  • Develop and roll out new equipment for measuring/controlling the consistency of manufacturing operations
  • Standardize the implementation of factory consistency tools on a global basis
  • Develop new produce performance test equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Master Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited University
  • 2-3 years relevant industry (chemical, manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering) experience preferred
  • Having broad understanding process control and/or Quality Assurance concepts
  • Project management experience desired
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to travel to factories
Product Engineer (PE)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Engineering or related fields from an accredited University
  • 2+ years development/manufacturing experience (preferably in the shoe industry) or comparable cultural experience is an advantage
  • Must be bright, excited and ambitiously striving to show his/her potential and become a long term member of the #1 Sports shoe and athletic company in the world
  • Must be able to prioritize, adjust to changes quickly, work successfully under tight deadlines and have strong engineering aptitude
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
