KTT / SITE MANAGER

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from mining engineering
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
• Posses POU certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills

LOGISTIC (Superintendent-Manager) based on Jakarta

Qualification:

• Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience as logistic, preferably from mining or construction company
• Posses good knowledge about supply chain
• Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
• Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste

PORT CAPTAIN/LOADING MASTER (SPV-Superintendent)

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Marine Academy
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in shipping company or shipyards
• Posses minimum ANT 4 / Deck Officer Class 4
• Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
• Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
• To possess a thorough knowledge of shipboard and shore-side operational functions for product and bulk carriers

MINE PLAN ENGINEER/MPE (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
• Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
• Taking care of quality of mine product
• Good understanding about HSE / K3
• Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)

GEOLOGIST (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
• Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
• Able to operate mining software: Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper
• Able to make progress report on designated project
• Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and bedrock
• Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure

SAFETY (SPV-Superintendent)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as HSE in Mining Industry
• Certified POP or K3 is preferred
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige

GRADE CONTROL (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
• Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
• Responsible for the stockpiles
• Good understanding about HSE / K3

PURCHASING (Foreman-SPV)

Qualification:

• D3/S1 degree from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in mining or heavy equipment company
• Well understanding about purchasing matters such as : purchase order, price comparison and make a link / connection to supplier

LABORATORY ANALYST (Supervisor)

Qualification :

• D3 Chemistry / S1 MIPA Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years experience in Lab & QC mining
• Can Operate XRF & AAS
• Familiar ISO 17025 : 2005
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality

SURVEYOR

Qualification:

• Min STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic
• Having minimum within 1-2 years experience in mining industry
• Able to operated surpac and minescape software
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Male, max 45 years old
• Willing to be place in Maluku Island, Halmahera with rotation schedule
• Adaptable, have a good leadership and able to work under pressure situation
